The members of the Technical Program Committee and the reviewers deserve special thanks. They have worked according to a tight deadline and have provided us with high quality reviews, which helped us greatly in the selection process. We would also like to thank the LCN 2005 Organising Committee that guided the direction of the workshop and helped us in the time-consuming process of paper registration. Particularly, we would like to thank Dr. Hossam Hassanein for his guidance and support during the whole workshop organization. The workshop would not be possible without his help.
